FSP designed and implemented the masterplan for to 30acre Business Park around Egerton and Wallasey Docks. Road and services infrastructure with high quality landscaping was undertaken for Merseyside Development Corporation together with restoration of a working lift bridge and conversion of its engine room into an interpretation centre for Wirral Borough Council. The derelict remains of a former dock/rail transit warehouse was restored and converted to CEWTEC Head Office as the first building project.
