Formerly a distillery and brewery, Three Mills was bought by Workspace Group for use as film and television studios. FSP converted the totally derelict Boiler House to a high quality rehearsal, cinema and hospitality space, now renamed Rush House. The Bottling Plant had a new curved sound insulated roof added to create rooftop studios, with the remainder converted to support space including a new two storey catering centre capable of feeding up to 200 crew and cast with gourmet meals on demand. Grant funded by Stratford City Challenge, Three Mills is now a major new employment generator in the Lee Valley Regeneration Strategy.
