FSP

One of the last truly urban village High Streets in Central London was dying on its feet when FSP were appointed in 1994 by majority freeholder Howard de Walden to create a regeneration strategy. Now implemented, the scheme introduced magnet retailers, including Conran, Waitrose in a new central development, Shaker, Aveda and others to retain local customers and attract new ones. The scheme reinvigorated the whole area, creating a lively street scene, new restaurants and residential in what has become Marylebone Village.
